"INNER DIVA" by VALERIY
Inner Diva was the second music video I shot with director Val Borovinskiy, which also happened to be for his own upcoming single. I was given a list of reference videos from Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Madonna, from which I was able to get an idea of what he was hoping for in terms of the look and feel.
From the beginning we knew it was going to be an ambitious project, especially for a single day shoot with minimal budget. We shot in a very interesting industrial space in Harlem, which offered us the visual variety needed to shoot the number of unique set-ups desired.
